Grant Management and Reporting
Ease the burden for organizations interested in building their programs but have limited internal capacity to carry out grant functions
After the grant is awarded to the organization, a number of reporting and compliance activities are required. Prose staff will work with the key grant contact (Principal Investigator, Project Director, Coordinator) on the following:
Review and clarify grant reporting and management requirements and create useful tools for grant managers such as checklists and timelines.
Establish data collection methods and tools by which results will be collected (i.e. numbers of people impacted, perceptions of project success, etc.).
Work with key grant contact to represent results in project reports as per the format of the granting organization.
Conduct referrals for special compliance requirements such as human or animal subjects.
Budget review and planning for compliance with federal cost principles (Uniform Guidance).
Provide consulting for any issues that arise during the course of the grant award.
