Prose takes seriously the responsibility and time required for a successful grant submission and will diligently guide the client through the following process:
Conducting a funding search for appropriate funding sources which results in a list of diverse sources and basic information such as due date, budget amount, and program objectives.
Guided review of funding sources with the client to determine the most appropriate and likely fit with the proposed concept.
Vetting the proposal with program contacts and officers and principals within the proposing company to determine feasibility.
Establishing and coordinating informational and planning meetings.
Working with key contacts to collect needed information, content, and organizational documents as well as required registrations.
Completion of planning documents such as timelines and checklists of required application components.
Referrals to specialists in the network such as graphic artists, evaluators, statisticians, cultural experts, and strategic planners.
Completion of forms such as SF-424 forms or their equivalent.
Development of budgets and budget justifications.
Development and/or review and edit of proposal narratives.
Development and/or review and edit of non-narrative components such as data management plans, biographical sketches, current and pending documents, and facilities and organizational descriptions.
Development of graphic elements such as graphical abstracts, maps, graphs, and tables.
Assistance with uploading, checking, and submitting the full and complete grant proposal.
