Who We Are

Prose LLC (aka “Prose Professional Writing Services” and/or “Prose”) emerged due to growing demand for assistance with grant proposal development and coordination, grant administration and reporting, and internal capacity building by way of grant development training. Prose works primarily with federal, state, and tribal institutions, small businesses, and private organizations throughout the United States with a demonstrated interest in programming and research related to health services, agriculture, and education. While these areas represent primary areas of interest, Prose has demonstrated familiarity with diverse funders whose interests span across many fields.

The Prose Network

Affiliated Staff Members

Prose is aligned with the new business model of the American economy. Located in Bozeman, Montana and managed by one primary principal, Prose is a small, highly mobile and strategic services-based LLC. Affiliated staff members of Prose form a happily employed network throughout academic and administrative occupations in the public and private sectors. Prose serves as a mechanism by which these talented individuals may form smaller workgroups in order to participate in private sector activities for pay.

The Prose network becomes powerful and highly effective when configured to the exact characteristics of the project at hand. Individuals are chosen for their skill sets and interests, and therefore projects receive the attention they need to succeed. Compared with other freelance networks, Prose functions like a highly intelligent system that is ever responsive to the needs of clients. Prose freelancers are colleagues who have either worked with one another extensively or are at minimum familiar with one another's capabilities.

Prose's diverse service offerings in the freelance network include grant development and management, research, planning, illustration and design.
